Exchanges
-We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. If you wish to exchange your item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@mixietees.com
Returns
-We offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment
-Store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost
-The customer is responsible for paying return shipping cost. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit
-Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
-If 14 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately we can not offer a store credit or exchange
-To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be free of smoke, perfume, pet hair & deodorant. Items must also be in the original packaging with tags attached
-Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until your return is processed
-Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing
Include your name, email address, and order number in your return package
-Once your return is processed we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit

For lost, damaged or stolen packages we advise that you contact or file a claim with USPS/UPS/DHL
There are no price adjustments on sale or discounted items from previous orders
